From payment authorization through delivery, an order passes through a preparation period and then a separate carrier journey.

Order handling

Our usual handling period is 1–2 business days after payment is authorized. After the parcel leaves us, estimated transit is 4–6 business days. These windows are estimates rather than a guarantee of arrival on a particular date.

Delivery selection

Checkout presents the services, charges, and any free-delivery qualification available for the entered destination. Customers are responsible for checking unit numbers, postal codes, and other address details. Tracking is supplied when available.

When a shipment needs attention

Holidays, extreme weather, service restrictions, remote destinations, and carrier volume can cause delay. For loss, damage, an unexplained scan, or a parcel marked delivered but not found, write to slamanthary197@gmail.com with the order number, checkout email, tracking details, and relevant photos.
