How long do preparation and delivery take?

Preparation normally takes 1–2 business days after successful authorization. The estimated journey with the carrier is another 4–6 business days after dispatch. Available rates and services appear during checkout.

What return choices are available?

Eligible new goods may be returned for a defect or a non-defective reason, and eligible exchanges are accepted. Contact us within 30 calendar days after delivery. A change-of-mind product must remain new and unused.

Is return mailing charged?

A free prepaid return label is included inside the parcel. Approval is still required before mailing, and no restocking fee applies. If the label is unavailable, contact us for assistance. We initiate an approved refund within 10 days to the original payment method; bank posting can take longer.

How do I ask another question?
